Wrap-around and side labelling on one system

With the ALline labelling system from the Italian company ALTECH, two standard labelling applications such as wrap-around labelling and side labelling (single or double-sided) can be carried out on the same system.

Thanks to a few manual operations, a changeover from side labelling to wrap-around labelling and vice versa is completed in a matter of minutes.

Direct wrap-around labelling is a fast and flexible solution for labelling cylindrical products, allowing immediate application and is commonly used for all types of round products from jars to bottles and vials.

The double-sided labelling (front and back) for elliptical bottles, canisters or other containers, guarantees accurate label application. An alignment system ensures that the products are always precisely aligned.

The labels are then applied by two ALritma labelling heads, which are automatically synchronised with the speed of the conveyor belt, resulting in a very accurate and uniform labelling result. The front labelling head is used for wrap-around as well as side labelling of the front.
